AGT Foods‘ pulses, nuts and seeds are one of the best sources of protein, especially for vegans and vegetarians. For meat-eaters, plant protein adds variety to your diet, which is vital for good heart health. Seeds are a great source of fibre and they also contain plenty of monounsaturated fats, polyunsaturated fats as well as important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. To reap these amazing health benefits, add nuts and seeds into your food every day, and they’re delicious in these seed biscuits.
They are a brilliant way to get your seed dose while still satisfying your sweet tooth. Pumpkin seeds (also known as pepitas) are subtly sweet and nutty with a chewy texture. Sunflower seeds are high in healthy polyunsaturated fats and when eaten raw, they have a mild nutty flavour and firm texture. Sesame seeds also have a mild flavour and AGT Foods have three options to choose from: white sesame seeds, natural sesame seeds, or black sesame seeds.
