They have effortlessly brought together the amalgamation of historic rustic walls, comforting custom-made wooden furniture, fresh florals and contemporary soft lighting. Their delightful interior is the perfect external representation of the menu, both overflowing with quality.

All good things take time, especially when it comes to food. This year, the Robertson Wine Valley presents their 12th annual Slow Food & Wine Festival to showcase their local produce. Wine-enthusiasts and foodies alike can come and savour the incredible experiences and flavours in abundance while relaxing in the slow and cosy ambience of the festival.
I chose to indulge in Umi’s new seasonal menu on a crisp winter’s evening. It was immediately warmed up by the sensational waiter, who set the tone for the evening. At first glance, the winter menu is delectable and well rounded. The combination of fresh Japanese elements and intense winter flavours is balanced out impeccably.
This winter Delheim has partnered with the Cape Town Music Academy (CTMA) and Jazz in the Native Yards to bring a series of Jazz and Cheese Fondues with some of Delheim’s best wines.
