Tangy tartare sauce

Assemble this tangy tartare sauce in no time, perfect with a fresh seafood feast of your choice. It’s also delicious as a side with chicken or mushrooms!

MAKES 250 ml // COOKING TIME 5 min

INGREDIENTS
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ red onion, peeled and finely chopped
2 tbsp finely chopped capers
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp finely chopped gherkins
1 tbsp gherkin brine
Squeeze lemon juice
Salt and pepper

METHOD
1. Mix all the ingredients and season to taste.
