1 frozen banana, peeled
½ frozen or fresh pear / ¼ pineapple / handful of berries
1 cup baby spinach
7 soaked almonds
±1½ cups liquid
1 tbsp hemp protein powder
1 tsp spirulina
1 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seed
½ tsp organic cinnamon
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp real vanilla extract or powder
2 large dates
1. Blend all the ingredients on high power for 30 seconds. Adjust the amount of liquid to your preference.
This can be a mix of spring water, coconut water, plant-based milks such as almond, coconut or hemp, or chilled herbal tea.
