Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! We couldn’t think of a better way to sweep your special someone off their feet than with our sexy and fun flirtini cocktails.
MAKES 2 // COOKING TIME 10 min
50 ml sugar
50 ml water
300 ml rosé sparkling wine
100 ml hibiscus tea, brewed and strained
50 ml vodka
1. Combine the sugar and water in a small pot over low heat. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Remove the syrup from the heat and leave to cool.
2. Combine the syrup, sparkling wine, hibiscus tea and vodka in a Martini glass.
3. Add crushed ice to top-up and serve immediately.
