These treats are a powerhouse of antioxidant- and energy-rich berries, plant protein and sheer deliciousness. Add a tin of condensed milk into the mix, and no one will be able to resist our crunchie bars.

385g tin condensed milk
¼ cup fresh blueberries, plus extra to garnish
2½ cups rolled oats
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup dried goji berries
1 cup mixed seeds
¼ cup almonds
¼ cup peanuts
1. Preheat oven to 130°C. Grease a baking tray.
2. Pour the condensed milk into a large heatproof bowl and heat in the microwave for about 90 seconds.
3. Add the remaining ingredients to the condensed milk and stir to combine. Pour the mixture on to the tray and press it in. Bake for 1 hour.
4. Remove and cool for 15 minutes. Cut into bars and serve topped with extra blueberries.
