Feeling snacky? Whether you’re at home or on the road, you can whip up this salted honey popcorn in no time for an on-the-go sweet treat.
MAKES 4 cups // COOKING TIME 10 min
4 tbsp butter
¼ cup honey
1 tbsp salt + extra to sprinkle
1 tsp vanilla essence
4 cups popped popcorn (±3 tbsp kernels)
1. Heat the butter and honey over medium heat for 5 minutes.
2. Remove from the heat and stir in the salt and vanilla.
3. Pour over the popcorn and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with more salt.
4. Store popcorn in a paper bag to keep it crisp.
