Perfectly braaied T-bone steak with chilli chimichurri

Feast your eyes on this juicy perfectly braaied T-bone steak with chilli chimichurri. Try it once and we can promise you’ll be making it over and over again.

SERVES 4 // COOKING TIME 20 min

INGREDIENTS
For the chilli chimichurri
1 cup parsley
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup white vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1 red chilli
2 tsp cumin seeds, toasted and finely ground
½ tsp salt
For the T-bone
500 g T-bone steak
Olive oil, to rub

METHOD
For the chilli chimichurri
1. Blitz together all ingredients until chopped, but not puréed.
For the T-bone
1. Rub steak with olive oil and salt and pepper.
2. Braai over hot coals for 5 minutes on each side, until nicely charred on the outside, but medium-rare inside.
3. Serve the chops with the chimichurri.
