This healthy pap and tomato bowl is a simple and delicious meal for when you’re on-the-go! You can also prep this for weeknight meals for the fam.

100 g vine tomatoes
¼ cup olive oil
2 cups cooked pap
50 g watercress
¼ cup chopped almonds
