Home-made sangria

Say cheers to the joys of warmer days with the ultimate party-pleasing punch – lush and lovely sangria

SERVES 4 // COOKING TIME 10 min

INGREDIENTS
2 red apples, cored and chopped
1 orange or lime, rind on, sliced
3–4 tbsp brown sugar
¾ cup orange juice
⅓ cup brandy
1 bottle dry red wine

METHOD
1. Muddle the fruit and sugar in a pitcher.
2. Add the orange juice and brandy, then muddle again to combine.
3. Pour in the wine and stir. Adjust flavour as needed and stir to combine.
4. Add ice, serve and enjoy!
