Healthy green tea and basil G&T

Cheers to the weekend and low-calorie drinks! This green tea and basil G&T is a refreshing and delicious cocktail for a healthier option.

MAKES 4 // COOKING TIME 10 min

INGREDIENTS
2 green tea bags
Handful fresh basil leaves
4 tbsp honey
1 lemon, zested and juiced
½ cup gin
To serve
2 cup ice
Handful basil
1 lemon, zested with a potato peeler

METHOD
1. Brew the tea in 3 cups of hot water, add the basil, honey and lemon zest. Allow to cool.
2. Strain the tea mixture into a jug and add the lemon juice and gin.
3. Place ice, basil and lemon zest in glass and pour in the cocktail.
