Grab-and-go berry smoothie

Smoothies are the best quick and easy breakfasts! Take it from us, this grab-and-go berry smoothie has amazing flavour and will save you so much time during the morning rush.

MAKES 1 // COOKING TIME 10 min

INGREDIENTS
1 banana
½ punnet mixed berries
50 ml low-fat milk
Small tub plain yoghurt
1 tbsp of oats

METHOD
1. Blend the banana, berries, milk and yoghurt together.
2. Stir in the oats.
3. Pour into a flask and chill overnight.
