3 bananas, peeled
3 tbsp peanut butter
2 cups low-fat milk
2 tbsp cocoa butter
½ tsp vanilla essence
¼ cup espresso or 2 tbsp instant coffee dissolved in ¼ cup boiling water
1 tbsp raw honey
1 cup low-fat plain yoghurt
5 ice cubes
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
