Chocolate coconut porridge

Gather the kids, hand out the aprons and get cracking with this yummy chocolate coconut porridge that will teach them some culinary basics!

SERVES 2 // COOKING TIME 10 min

INGREDIENTS
400 ml coconut milk
¾ cup oats
1 tbsp cocoa
2 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
¼ cup coconut flakes
¼ cup blueberries

METHOD
1. Bring the coconut milk to the boil over high heat.
2. Stir in the oats, cocoa, sugar and salt. Turn down the heat to low, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Divide between 2 bowls. Top with coconut and blueberries.
