We love a breakfast with a sweet twist! Gather your favourite dark chocolate and whip up these choc-banana and peanut butter crunch wraps.
MAKES 6 // COOKING TIME 15 min
100 g dark chocolate (we used 70%), broken into pieces
4 bananas, sliced
½ cup crunchy peanut butter
6 tortilla wraps
Sea salt flakes, to sprinkle
1. Divide the chocolate between the wraps, arranging it on the bottom half, making sure to leave a 2 cm gap from the edge.
2. Top with banana slices.
3. Divide the peanut butter between the wraps and spread on the top half of each. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes. Fold over to close.
4. Heat a pan over medium heat. Toast the wraps on each side for 2–3 minutes. Serve immediately.
