Although this may seem like a strange breakfast idea, trust us, it is life-changing. We couldn’t stop eating it on shoot day. Give our carrot cake oats a try tomorrow morning to start you week off right.
SERVES 2 // COOKING TIME 5 min
1½ cups water
⅔ cup large oat flakes
5 tbsp finely grated carrots (± 1 small carrot)
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp dried cranberries
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
1. Mix the water, oats, carrots, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl.
2. Microwave for 3 minutes.
3. Stir. Top with cranberries, walnuts, a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
