That simple-seeming box of cereal in your grocery cupboard can be so much more than just a plain bowl of puffed rice and milk. Treat yourself to a bananarama puffed rice bowl this weekend, and it will soon be a morning staple!
SERVES 4 // COOKING TIME 15 min
¼ cup sugar
2 tbsp butter
2 bananas, halved
2 cups puffed rice
2 cups warm chocolate milk
1. Melt sugar and butter in a pan over low heat. Cook bananas for 5 minutes a side.
2. Serve caramelised bananas in a bowl with puffed rice and chocolate milk.
