Sweet doesn’t even begin to describe this delicious dessert treat! The baked peaches and Nuttikrust crumble complement one another so perfectly, you’ll be heading back for seconds.

130 g Nuttikrust biscuits
¼ cup almonds
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sugar
¼ cup chilled unsalted butter, cut into cubes
4 peaches, halved and pitted
Mascarpone, to serve
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Place the Nuttikrust biscuits, almonds, flour and sugar in a food processor. Pulse until the biscuits and nuts are coarsely chopped. Then add the butter and pulse until the mixture forms moist clumps.
3. Place the peach halves, with cut-sides up, in a roasting tin. Spoon biscuit mixture into each one, pressing down lightly and leaving a small border around the edge. Bake for 30 minutes, or until peaches are tender and the topping is golden brown.
4. Dollop some mascarpone on top before serving.
