Tasty serving snacks coming your way! These bacon-wrapped wedges make amazing party snacks for any occasion, even if that occasion is just Wednesday.
SERVES 4 // COOKING TIME 55 min
6 large potatoes
Salt and black pepper
18 rashers streaky bacon
1. Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with foil.
2. Cut the potatoes into wedges. Toss with a generous drizzle of olive oil and season well with salt and pepper.
3. Cut the bacon rashers in ½ diagonally. Wrap each wedge with a slice of bacon. Place on the baking tray.
4. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for another 20 minutes, until potatoes are golden brown and bacon is crispy.
5. Serve with guacamole.
