1 cup cream
1⅓ cups chocolate chips
1. Place the cream in a pot and cook on the stove. Bring to a simmer and stir occasionally.
2. Remove from the heat and put in the chocolate chips, mixing them in until they are covered.
3. Place a lid on the pot and let the chocolate chips melt in the cream for a few minutes.
4. Take off the lid and whisk the mixture until smooth, and voilà!
