Serving a fish dish when you have guests over is an immediate crowd-pleaser, especially when it comes together as easily as this, and with only the salmon to add to your grocery list.
SERVES 4 // COOKING TIME 20 min
Olive oil, to fry
4 × 200g salmon fillets
Salt and black pepper
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
3 tbsp honey
2–3 sprigs rosemary
1. Heat a little olive oil in a non-stick frying pan.
2. Season the salmon well with salt and pepper. Place skin-side down in the pan and fry until the skin is crispy.
3. Flip the salmon fillets over and add the lemon juice and zest, honey and rosemary. Fry for about three minutes, until cooked through.
4. Serve with a salad of your choice.
