250g cream cheese
200g crunchy peanut butter
50g icing sugar, sifted
60g nougat, roughly chopped
90g desiccated coconut, lightly toasted
1. Mix the cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the chopped nougat and mix well.
2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until firm enough to roll into balls.
3. Roll the mixture into about 24 bite-sized balls, then roll in the toasted coconut.
4. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
